Thieves, the portal is set to open in less than two weeks.  Master Zero, Professor Grey, and Petra wanted to let you know what you can expect for this event.

Friday the 15th

-Tent setup

-Please bring your own food and drinks for this night

Saturday the 16th

-Breakfast: Scones/Bread, Fruit, Bacon, Coffee, Tea (Provided)
-Official Welcome
-Announcements
-Activities for all ages*
-Lunch – Meats, Cheeses, Bread (Provided)
-Activities continue
-Dinner – Lamb Stew, Pot Roast, Bread, and Cake for dessert (Provided)
-Songs, stories, and hot apple cider by the fire

Sunday the 17th

-Coffee/Tea (provided), please bring your own food for this day.
-Farewells
-Clean up
-Pack up

New this year:

-Activities will be posted for all to see.

-There will be volunteers “on patrol” keeping the common areas free of trash and anachronisms. As well as gently encouraging all of us to remain in character. The council members may even reward you for not breaking character.

-You can purchase your thaler with cash, or electronically (Only Paypal and Venmo   accepted)  $1 = 1 Thaler
-You can purchase a daily drink token (5 Thaler/day for beer, until we run out)
-Shots can be purchased in the Beggar Maker for 1 Thaler each.

-Please bring your own cutlery, plates, mugs, cups, etc.
-If you need plates and utensils, a whole weekend’s worth can be purchased for 1       Thaler/person

For those who have volunteered and donated this Autumn, we have noticed, so please know that your time will be considered payment for most items. 

If you do not have the funds, please contact one of the council members, we can always use your help.                

We would like a few volunteers to provide coffee preparation.  We have coffee grounds and sugar cubes, we just need people to bring percolators and perhaps initiate the preparation in the mornings and midday.  (Please email AlleyoftheThieves@gmail.com if you are able to do this.)

As always, we will be providing port-a-potties, and we will have first-aid kits on hand.

Many of you have expressed your concerns about the gun school and random gunfire, please rest assured, there will be none, not even the loud theatrical blanks.  We love everyone who attends and want you all to feel comfortable and relaxed.
